Stylish and functional

Good brand but delivery needs improvement
I placed an order for a wallet and sunglasses combo. The wallet was exactly as shown, good leather and stitching, but the sunglasses had a smudge on one lens. I reported it to support and they responded quickly but I had to wait over a week for a replacement. The hold-up on delivery was the main downside, but the product quality is solid.

Mixed feelings about my last order
Ordered a dress and a handbag recently. The dress fits perfectly and the fabric is nice, but the handbag had a small scratch when it arrived, which was disappointing. Customer service was helpful and sent a replacement but it took longer than I expected. decent experience but could be smoother.

Nice quality but sizing tricky
Love the style but heads up, their sizes run kinda small. Ordered a jacket in my usual size and it felt tight, had to exchange for one bigger. The quality though is really nice, feels super premium.

Stylish pieces but shipping delayed
