I've had Liberty Mutual for home insurance for about two years now. The coverage is solid and the customer support is friendly when I call. However, their website and app sometimes lag behind real-time updates like recent payments or claim status, which can be frustrating. It’s not a dealbreaker but could definitely be improved to make managing policies easier online.

I like the coverages Liberty Mutual offers and the pricing seems fair. The only downside is that my billing statements were a little confusing at first, had to call twice to clarify why my premium increased.

The reps I spoke with on the phone were very helpful when I had questions about my life insurance policy. However, when I tried emailing for documents, it took almost a week to get a response. That was a bit frustrating since I needed the paperwork quickly.
