Disappointed with denied claim and poor support experience
I was really frustrated when Liberty Mutual denied my recent car accident claim, despite me following all policy terms. Their explanation was vague, and when I tried to speak with a supervisor, I was put on hold for ages before being disconnected. Feels like the support team just didn’t want to dig deeper. This whole ordeal left me seriously doubting if I want to renew my coverage with them next year.
