I booked a KLM flight from London to Nairobi for a business trip, and while the flight itself was comfortable with excellent legroom in economy plus, there were a few bumps. The flight was delayed by an hour due to weather, which was annoying but understandable. The onboard catering was decent but not outstanding, and I missed the usual hot meal on this long flight. However, the staff were very professional and helped me with a seat change quickly. I’ll definitely fly KLM again but hope for a smoother experience next time.
