Booking process needs improvement
I was mostly happy with my KLM flight from Chicago to Amsterdam, but the online booking site was confusing and didn't clearly show baggage fees. Support chat helped me sort it out, but it took longer than I wanted. On the flight itself, everything was smooth and the cabin crew were attentive, making the trip pleasant.

Good flight but delayed boarding
