Mixed Experience with Performance and Customer Service
I signed up for their shared hosting last summer hoping to launch my portfolio site quickly. Initially, the website was loading fine but after a couple of months, the speed dropped noticeably and sometimes I got timeout errors. I reached out to support multiple times; while they were polite, the resolution took longer than expected and I had to ping them repeatedly. Plus, some of the features advertised like free SSL weren't clearly highlighted during signup. I’m considering switching but will keep an eye on any updates from IONOS first.
