Good hosting but some bumps with support
Switched to InMotion about a year ago for my growing e-commerce site because I needed SSD speeds and reliable uptime. The server performance is solid and my pages load noticeably faster. However, I had a rough patch when trying to set up a dedicated IP; the process took longer than promised and I had to follow up multiple times with support. They finally sorted it out, but the delays were frustrating since I was launching a promotion. I do appreciate their weekly backups and the intuitive cPanel interface though, which make managing my site easier. I'd recommend them but expect some patience with support on complex issues.

I switched to InMotion for their VPS hosting because I needed more control and speed for my photography portfolio site. The SSD storage really made a difference in loading times compared to my old host. However, I ran into a problem with server migration which took longer than expected. Support was polite and eventually resolved it but it felt like the first responses didn’t fully understand the issue. I hope they improve their technical chat support because that delay stressed me out. Apart from that, the hosting is stable and the admin panel is user-friendly.

I've been using InMotion for my small business website for about 8 months now. Their VPS hosting offers great uptime and SSD speeds. The support team is helpful, but sometimes the response takes a bit longer than I'd like. Still, pretty reliable service.

Hosting my online store on InMotion's shared plan has been mostly smooth. SSD storage definitely boosts load times. Had a small issue with SSL setup but support fixed it within a day. Would prefer faster chat replies though.
