However, I had a rough patch when trying to set up a dedicated IP; the process took longer than promised and I had to follow up multiple times with support. They finally sorted it out, but the delays were frustrating since I was launching a promotion. I do appreciate their weekly backups and the intuitive cPanel interface though, which make managing my site easier. I'd recommend them but expect some patience with support on complex issues.
