Average service and amenities
I picked an IHG property for a conference stay hoping for reliable service. The check-in was fine but the gym was closed for maintenance without prior notice which was annoying. Also, the room air conditioning was noisy at night. The breakfast options were limited and the cafe crowded in the morning. Support didn’t offer any compensation or apology when I mentioned these issues. So, I’d say it was an average stay, nothing special.

Mixed feelings about my recent stay
I chose an IHG hotel for a business trip hoping for comfort and convenience. The booking on ihg.com was straightforward but the room wasn't ready at check-in, so I had to wait nearly an hour. The breakfast was decent but overpriced for what they offered. I reached out to customer service via chat about the delay, but they only provided generic responses which was frustrating. some good points but definitely room for improvement.
