Great for Europe-Americas connection
I use Iberia mostly for trips between Paris and South America and have found their connections quite reliable. A few months ago I had a tight connection in Madrid that almost made me miss my onward flight, but staff helped me get through security fast and I still made it. The in-flight service is solid, meals are okay, nothing fancy but satisfying enough for the duration. Iberia feels like a solid choice when you want a good balance between price and decent service for transatlantic flights.

Decent flights but meals lacking
The flights were mostly fine but the meals on board were disappointing, especially on the Madrid to London leg. A bit more variety would be great.

Unexpected flight cancellation troubles
Booked a business class ticket from New York to Madrid thinking everything would be smooth but my flight got cancelled last minute due to technical issues. The airline rebooked me on a later flight but the wait at the airport was long and the communication was poor. Thankfully the premium lounge access helped pass time, but I was really annoyed by how last-minute it was. The new flight was comfortable and the crew were professional, but the whole experience could have been handled better with clearer updates and faster rebooking options.

Good flight but late boarding
My flight from Madrid to New York was smooth but the boarding was delayed almost 40 minutes without much info. Cabin crew was polite and the in-flight entertainment had plenty to choose from. Would use Iberia again but hope they improve punctuality.

Comfortable seats, average food
First time flying Iberia from Barcelona to Miami. The seats were comfortable enough but the meal could have been better, felt a bit bland. Staff was friendly though and boarding was pretty efficient which I appreciated.
