Good prices but check cancellation rules
Booked a last-minute stay in Chicago through Hotels.com and the price was great. The site was easy to use but I missed that my free cancellation expired 24 hours before check-in, which was annoying. Customer support was helpful though when I called about a refund. Overall a mostly positive experience but watch those fine print details.

Good selection but tricky check-in info
Found plenty of hotel options for my trip to Portland which was great. But some listings had outdated check-in instructions which made arrival a bit confusing. I called support and they helped, but it was a hassle I didn't expect. Otherwise, prices were competitive and the site worked fast.

Decent but a bit glitchy
Booked a room in Miami for my family trip using Hotels.com. The site showed great options, but the booking confirmation took a bit longer than I expected, causing some stress.
