Helpful for last minute essentials
I ordered some headache medicine and snacks late at night and they arrived in under 20 minutes which was a lifesaver. The app is easy to use and shows exactly when the delivery will come. One time my chips were a bit crushed but customer service sent a replacement quickly without fuss. Overall really reliable for when you need something fast and don’t want to leave the house.

Fast delivery but app glitches
I like how quickly Gopuff gets me snacks and drinks but sometimes the app freezes right when I’m about to pay. Had to restart it a few times which is annoying. Still beats going out though.

Solid delivery, minor hiccup
Delivery usually takes about 20 minutes here, which is great. One time my order was missing a few items but the support team sorted it out quickly and sent the missing products. The drivers are always polite and the app updates help me track my order easily.
