Reliable and convenient every time
I’ve used Gopuff several times over the past few months and it always delivers on time. Once I needed some cleaning supplies last minute and they showed up within 20 minutes. The driver called me when nearby which helped since I was in a different room. The prices are fair and the app interface is simple to use even when I’m half asleep ordering a snack.

Helpful for last minute essentials

Fast delivery but app glitches
I like how quickly Gopuff gets me snacks and drinks but sometimes the app freezes right when I’m about to pay. Had to restart it a few times which is annoying. Still beats going out though.

Delivery usually takes about 20 minutes here, which is great. One time my order was missing a few items but the support team sorted it out quickly and sent the missing products. The drivers are always polite and the app updates help me track my order easily.
