Decent app, occasional delays
Glovo's app interface is pretty user-friendly and I like that I can track my order live. However, the delivery was delayed twice last week which was frustrating since I ordered lunch on a tight schedule. Hopefully they fix this soon because I really enjoy the restaurant options.

Great variety and mostly quick delivery
I’ve been using Glovo for about six months now. The range of restaurants is impressive and I love that they also deliver groceries and essentials. There was this one evening where my order got delayed due to bad weather, but the app notified me promptly and the courier was very polite when they arrived. Customer support responded quickly when I had trouble applying a promo code too.

Convenient but app glitches occasionally
I like using Glovo because it has a wide selection of restaurants nearby. Sometimes the app crashes during checkout which is annoying, but their customer support helped me sort it out quickly. Delivery times are usually accurate and the couriers are friendly.

Mostly reliable with minor hiccups
I ordered dinner last week and the delivery was super fast, around 25 minutes. The app was easy to use but the courier had trouble finding my building which delayed things a bit. the food arrived hot and fresh, so I'm happy to keep using Glovo.
