Decent app, occasional delays
Glovo's app interface is pretty user-friendly and I like that I can track my order live. However, the delivery was delayed twice last week which was frustrating since I ordered lunch on a tight schedule. Hopefully they fix this soon because I really enjoy the restaurant options.

Great variety and mostly quick delivery
I’ve been using Glovo for about six months now. The range of restaurants is impressive and I love that they also deliver groceries and essentials. There was this one evening where my order got delayed due to bad weather, but the app notified me promptly and the courier was very polite when they arrived. Customer support responded quickly when I had trouble applying a promo code too.

Mixed experience with delivery times
Ordered several times this month and noticed some inconsistency in delivery. One order came within 20 minutes, but another took almost an hour without updates. The courier was apologetic though. I hope they improve communication because the food quality is always good.
