Five stars for customer care and features
I switched to Fifth Third last year mainly because of their digital offerings. The mobile banking app is sleek and I love the instant alerts for every transaction. Last month, I had a question about overdraft protection and the support team was super helpful, walking me through the options clearly and quickly. Convenient and user-friendly

Really impressed with digital banking features
I’ve tried a couple of neobanks before but Fifth Third stands out for me. The mobile check deposit works flawlessly, and the budgeting tools have helped me save more than I expected. One time, I accidentally set up a transfer to the wrong account and customer service sorted it out within the same day. Also, the app interface is clean and updates roll out without bugs, which is rare these days. Definitely planning to keep all my accounts here.
