I really appreciate the financial tracking tools, especially for budgeting. However, I had some trouble linking my external accounts at first, which was frustrating. Customer service helped me out but it took a couple of days to resolve. Hoping they streamline this process in the future.

I’ve been using Fifth Third for a few months now. The app is intuitive and easy to navigate. Only issue was a delayed notification on a recent transaction, but support fixed it quickly.

I like how the app groups my expenses by category, makes budgeting easier. Only downside is it sometimes takes a few seconds too long to load the dashboard after login.
