Disappointed by account lockout and slow support
I got locked out of my account after a failed login attempt and had to wait almost 48 hours to get it unlocked. Tried reaching customer support multiple times but the chat was unresponsive most of the time. It was really stressful since I needed to pay bills urgently. Wish they had a faster way to verify identity and restore access.
