Exceptional experience overall
Flying Etihad from Paris to Abu Dhabi was such a pleasant surprise. The cabin was really well maintained and the business class lounge at CDG was super relaxing with plenty of good food options. Onboard, the crew remembered my name, which made it personal and welcoming. The entertainment system was updated with the latest movies and the Wi-Fi was reliable despite flying over remote areas. Landing was smooth and early, a great start to my trip.

Smooth check-in and comfy cabin
Checked in online easily and the cabin crew made sure everyone was settled nicely. The entertainment system had a good range of movies too. The flight landed a bit early, which was a welcome surprise after a long day of travel.
