Decent service marred by lost luggage and app issues
I booked a flight from Berlin to Abu Dhabi for a business trip. While the check-in and boarding went smoothly, I ran into problems with the Etihad app it kept freezing when I tried to download my boarding pass. Also, my suitcase was lost for a day, which really messed up my schedule. Customer service at the airport was polite but a bit slow to provide updates. The in-flight experience was nice though, with comfortable seats and good meal options.
