Mostly good, but slow support

I switched to Cricket Wireless about three months ago because I wanted a prepaid plan without a contract, and their coverage in my area seemed solid. The monthly fee is affordable and I like that they don't surprise you with hidden charges. However, the customer service chat can be painfully slow sometimes, especially when I needed help with activating my new SIM card. Other than that, the app for managing my account is straightforward and easy to use.

Good plans but some glitches

I appreciate the flexibility of Cricket’s prepaid options and how they don’t lock you into long contracts. The nationwide coverage mostly works well, although I noticed some dropped calls in more rural spots. The billing is clear, and I like the simple app interface, but once my data speed slowed down unexpectedly and took a day to fix after contacting support.
