I ordered a crossbody bag for my wife’s birthday and the design is beautiful, exactly how Coach’s website described. The leather is nicely textured and the signature pattern is subtle but classy. Unfortunately, shipping took nearly two weeks and I was worried it might not arrive on time. They apologized and offered a partial refund which helped. Overall happy but delivery timing could improve.

I ordered a floral print tote as a gift and the design is gorgeous, really vibrant colors and soft leather. My only issue was that I had to wait a day longer than promised to hear back from customer service about my order status. Still, the bag arrived safely and the packaging felt premium.
