Mixed feelings about my purchase
I was excited to get the wallet I'd been eyeing for months, but when it arrived the zipper felt stiff and the leather seemed less soft than expected. After a few days, it softened a bit but not quite the luxury feel I hoped for. Customer support was slow to respond which was frustrating.
