Mostly smooth delivery process
I used CDEK to send a package internationally, and honestly the tracking was pretty clear which I appreciated. The parcel arrived a day later than expected, but their customer service was quite helpful when I reached out. I'd use them again but hope for a bit more punctuality next time.

Good service with minor hiccups
CDEK was efficient with my parcel delivery, but the app's tracking feature was a bit glitchy for a day. Still, the package arrived safely and on time, so I can’t complain much.

Good but app could improve
CDEK’s pickup and drop-off points are well distributed, which is very convenient. However, their mobile app sometimes freezes when checking parcel status, which made me worried once. Customer service was responsive and explained the delay in tracking updates, but I hope they fix the app soon. Delivery speed is solid and prices reasonable for domestic shipping. I’ll keep using them but with some caution regarding tech glitches.

Reliable with minor tracking issues
CDEK delivered my last package pretty fast. Only downside was the tracking info lagging a bit behind actual transit times. Nothing serious though.
