Mixed feelings about delivery times
I’ve used CDEK a couple times. The prices are fair, but once my package got stuck in transit for almost a week without any update. Support was slow to respond, which was frustrating.

Not impressed with the last shipment
I sent a time-sensitive parcel through CDEK, but it got delayed and no one updated me properly. Tried contacting support multiple times but got generic answers. Won’t use them again for urgent deliveries.

Delivery fine but support lacking
So I had a shipment that was supposed to reach a client in three days, ended up taking a week. Tracking info was inconsistent and the customer support finally replied after three days with no real solution. It’s frustrating when your business depends on timely deliveries and the logistics provider drops the ball like this. I’ve used others who at least keep you in the loop constantly. Won’t recommend CDEK for high priority shipments after this experience.
