Exceptional attention in business class
I flew business class from Toronto to Hong Kong recently and was really impressed by how attentive the cabin crew were. They remembered my drink preferences and even offered a set of noise-cancelling headphones without asking. The lie-flat seat helped me get solid sleep which made a huge difference. Food was delicious with both Western and Asian options, and I especially liked that I could pre-order my meal via their website. Would definitely book again, a bit pricy but worth it for the comfort.

Mixed feelings about this flight
I flew Cathay Pacific from Seattle to Hong Kong last month and honestly, the flight staff were polite but seemed overwhelmed during boarding which made it really slow. The in-flight entertainment was decent but a few movies froze mid-way. I appreciated the meal options though, even if the chicken was a bit dry. Would probably fly again but with caution about timing.

Mostly great but seat was cramped
Cabin crew were super helpful and the meals were tasty on my Hong Kong to New York flight. The only downside was the economy seat pitch felt a bit tight for a 15-hour flight, which made sleeping tough. The entertainment system had a solid selection though, which helped pass the time.

Great for long haul trips
Traveling economy from Chicago to Hong Kong was surprisingly comfortable thanks to the decent legroom and polite crew. The meals were pretty tasty for airplane food and the in-flight entertainment had lots of choices. Check-in was quick and the online system was easy to navigate too.

Could be better with communication
Flight arrived on time but info on gate changes was barely communicated, so like half the passengers were confused. Staff were nice but more announcements would have helped. Onboard was fine though, the snacks were decent and the seats had decent cushion.

Reliable flights with attentive staff
Booked a premium economy seat last month and everything went pretty smoothly. Boarding was well-organized and the crew were helpful without being overbearing. The legroom was better than I expected and I managed to watch a few movies during the flight. Wish there were more charging ports though because my device ran low halfway.

Excellent business class experience
Took a business class flight to Tokyo with Cathay Pacific and honestly, the lie-flat seats were a lifesaver for the overnight journey. The service was impeccable and the dining options were quite gourmet, even better than I expected. My only minor gripe was some delay during takeoff which was out of their control.

Good trip but one hiccup
Booked business class to Tokyo and overall the experience was quite comfortable. The seat was spacious and the in-flight entertainment system had a decent selection. However, the boarding process was chaotic and delayed by about 45 minutes, which was frustrating especially after a long wait at the airport. Support staff apologized but didn’t provide any compensation or helpful updates during the delay. Food quality was excellent though, so at least that was a highlight.

Nice service, minor delay
The flight was quite smooth and staff were attentive. I had a short delay with luggage delivery but it was sorted out quickly by their ground team. Would fly with Cathay again.

Good overall but a hiccup on baggage
The flight was comfortable and the staff attentive, especially in business class where I was seated. However, my checked bag arrived late which was frustrating after such a long trip. The in-flight Wi-Fi worked well for me though, which was a bonus for getting some work done.
