Great broadband speed and stable connection

Been using BT’s fibre for almost a year now and the connection rarely drops. Streaming my favorite shows and gaming online is hassle-free. Their mobile app lets me monitor usage and pay bills, which is super convenient. Also, their customer service handled a billing question promptly with no fuss.

Reliable service with great support

Switched my home phone and broadband to BT six months ago and haven’t had many issues. When I had a query about the router, their support chat helped me quickly and even sent a replacement the next day. Overall very pleased with how smooth everything is going so far.
