Mostly good but slow setup
Had BT broadband installed last week, the speed is decent but setting it up took longer than promised. The engineer was friendly though.

Fast fibre and helpful installation
BT’s technician who installed my fibre optic broadband was punctual and explained everything clearly. Connection speed is consistently good, much faster than my previous provider. Had a small hiccup with the modem initially but support solved it within a day. a smooth experience and reliable service for work from home.

Good coverage but mobile app glitches
BT’s network coverage at my place is solid and calls rarely drop, which is important to me. However, sometimes the mobile app crashes when I try to check my data usage. Hopefully they’ll fix that soon because otherwise it’s a solid service.

Decent but pricey plans
I’ve been with BT for over a year now, mainly using their broadband and mobile combo. The speed is reliable and I enjoy the included TV packages, though I wish the monthly fees were a bit lower. Also, during a recent outage, their updates were infrequent, which left me a bit frustrated. Still, the overall connection quality keeps me from switching providers for now.
