Their parcel tracking is okay but sometimes updates lag behind. Delivery times can vary, which is annoying when you’re sending urgent stuff. Still, pricing is fair and customer service is polite when I called about a missing parcel.

I sent a business package through Australia Post hoping for next-day delivery. The package was delayed by two days and I didn’t get a notification until I called support myself. On the plus side, the parcel was well handled and arrived undamaged, and the support team was polite even if a bit slow. I’ll probably use them again but won’t count on super fast delivery every time.
