Decent but needs better explanations
The genetic reports were interesting but some health risks felt scary without enough context. Customer support took two days to clarify a few questions which is okay but not great.

Mixed feelings after testing
I ordered the 23andMe kit to learn more about my health risks and ancestry. The saliva collection was easy but the delay in receiving my results was frustrating, almost 5 weeks. Some of the genetic health predispositions made sense based on family history, but others were vague or confusing without much explanation. I expected more interaction from their support team when I asked for help understanding the reports, but responses were generic and slow. Still, the wellness traits and carrier status info gave me some useful insights for my doctor visits.
