Frustrated with outdated listings

I kept contacting sellers for homes that were already off the market. Zillow needs to sync data faster with realtors. Also, the communication tools feel clunky, making it hard to schedule viewings smoothly. I was hoping for a more smooth experience since it’s a top platform. it slowed down my house hunting more than helped.
