Ordered boots and they came on time, love the style. However, the box was a bit crushed which worried me at first. Thankfully, the shoes were fine inside. Hope they get better packaging soon.

I’ve been shopping at Zappos for a couple of years now, mostly for their wide range of sneakers. Their filtering system is great to narrow down options, but lately, the site crashes when I try to sort by price which gets annoying. Customer service was helpful though and explained they're working on it. Also, one time my order was delayed by three days without notification, which was frustrating. Despite these hiccups, I like that returns are simple and free, so I keep coming back.

I really like Zappos for the huge range of boots they offer and the easy navigation on their site. However, I had to wait quite a bit to get help from chat about a sizing issue, which was frustrating. The return process was smooth once I got the instructions. I’ll shop here again but hope support gets quicker.
