I really enjoy browsing Zalando because they have tons of different brands all in one place. I ordered three dresses last week, but unfortunately one didn't fit as expected. The return process was straightforward though, and customer service was pretty helpful when I emailed them about the issue. I think the site could benefit from more detailed size guides or user-submitted sizing tips.

Shopping on Zalando is simple and the filtering options help find what I need fast. However, I’ve noticed shoe sizes can vary quite a bit between brands, which makes it tough to order footwear without trying on first. I ended up returning two pairs last season because they didn’t fit well. Still, the return process was smooth and shipping is usually quick. I just wish they had more consistent sizing info for each brand.

I found some cute sandals here but had to send two pairs back because they didn’t fit. The return label was easy to print, but it took over a week to get my refund which was annoying. Still, the overall shopping experience is okay, just wish refunds were faster.

I love the trendy pieces they carry and usually find something unique that fits my style. I ordered a handbag and a pair of boots last month and both looked exactly like the pictures. Sadly my boots came a couple of days behind schedule and the tracking info wasn’t updated promptly, which was frustrating since I needed them for an event. Customer service offered apologies but no compensation, which I thought was a bit stingy. Next time I’ll probably leave more time for delivery but still like the brand choices a lot.
