Mixed feelings about service

I sent money twice last month and one transfer went through quickly but the other got stuck for almost 3 days without clear updates. I had to contact support, and they finally resolved it but it was stressful. The fees are also higher than some competitors I've used before. I think Xoom is okay but not perfect.
