I’ve used Wise for about six months now and like that I can hold multiple currencies in one account. Sending money abroad is pretty straightforward and cheaper than banks. Sometimes it takes longer to deliver money on weekends which can be annoying though. Support is generally helpful when I reach out though.

I started using Wise last year to handle payments for my import/export business. The exchange rates are competitive and the platform’s multi-currency wallet keeps things organized when I’m dealing with suppliers across Europe and Asia. However, I’ve had a couple of transactions unexpectedly held for verification checks which delayed payments by a couple of days. It’s understandable given compliance rules, but Wise could do better at providing updates during these holds. Other than that, the interface is user-friendly and transfers usually clear quickly, so I’d say it’s a solid option for cross-border payments but expect some bumps occasionally.

I’ve been using Wise mainly for sending money to my family abroad. The exchange rates are fair and the fees transparent, which is nice. However, a couple of transfers took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating when I needed funds quickly.

I like the low fees and the transparency, Wise really shines there. But I ran into trouble when I tried linking my business account kept getting error messages and had to call support multiple times. They were patient but it took longer than I wanted. Also, the app crashed once mid-transfer, which freaked me out. Still, for personal use it’s pretty dependable.
