Been using Windscribe for about six months now. The speeds are decent but occasionally drop during peak hours which is a bit annoying. Customer support helped me troubleshoot the app once, and they were pretty quick to respond. it keeps my connection secure when I’m on public Wi-Fi.

I like how Windscribe doesn’t keep logs and offers decent encryption. The app on my laptop sometimes freezes when switching servers, which means I have to restart it. Also, I wish the mobile app included more server options like the desktop version does. Still, it’s helped me access geo-blocked content without much hassle, so I’m mostly satisfied.

I switched to Windscribe from another VPN mainly for the higher data limit on the free tier. While it generally works as expected, I've noticed occasional disconnects that disrupt downloads or streams, which can be frustrating. The app's interface could be clearer regarding server load info, so sometimes I end up on a slower server without realizing it. Support replies are polite but sometimes take too long to get back to you. Still, it's a decent option if you don't want to pay much.
