I like that the VPN keeps my IP hidden and the interface is user-friendly. However, sometimes the speed drops dramatically, especially when connected to distant servers. Also, the desktop app crashed once while I was doing a video call which was a bit annoying.

I’ve been with Windscribe for a few months and honestly the speeds are hit or miss depending on the server. The desktop app can freeze up occasionally and the mobile version lags when switching servers. I did appreciate their privacy stance and no logs policy, but for heavy streaming or gaming I sometimes got noticeable lag or buffering. Customer support is okay but not super fast, had to wait a day for a reply last time. I hope they improve the app stability soon because it’s a promising service otherwise.
