I rely on the Walgreens app a lot to manage multiple prescriptions and it usually works well. However, last month the app froze while I was trying to renew a prescription, which was stressful because I was running low on medication. Customer support was helpful on the chat and manually processed my refill after I called. I wish the app was a bit more stable, especially since managing health needs through it is so convenient. Still prefer it over other pharmacies though.

Overall good experience despite wait times
Had a bit of a rough patch with a delayed prescription pickup a couple of weeks ago. I called in the morning and expected to pick it up by afternoon, but it wasn’t ready until closing time. That said, the pharmacist explained the hold-up was due to insurance verification and was very apologetic. They also offered a coupon for my next purchase which was a nice gesture. I still feel they try to keep customers in mind even when things go wrong.
