Decent Service, but not perfect
Virgin Media is okay, but I've had my share of problems. The TV service sometimes glitches, and it can be frustrating. They fixed it quickly when I called, but it still happens occasionally.

Frustrating Experience
I had high hopes when I switched to Virgin Media, but it has been a nightmare. My internet was down for three days, and when I called support, they kept transferring me around. I finally got a tech out, and he said it was a wiring issue they should have caught earlier. It's annoying when you rely on the internet for work and things just don’t get fixed on time.
