So, I ordered a set of Versace cufflinks last month, and the design is exactly what I wanted. However, the delivery was delayed by almost a week without any notification, which was frustrating since I needed them for a formal event. When I contacted support, they apologized but seemed a bit slow to respond. The product itself is solid and looks great, but timing is important for luxury buys like this. Not sure if I'll rush to order here again.
