Good overall but some flaws
The sneakers arrived with a small scuff on the toe box, which was disappointing. Customer service was helpful and sent a replacement quickly. Wish the packaging was more eco-friendly though.

Decent shoes but inconsistent sizing
Ordered two pairs online and was excited to try them out. One pair fit well and was super comfortable but the other was way too tight even though I ordered the same size. Customer service was okay but took a while to respond. I like the style and durability but the sizing mix-up was kinda annoying. Might order again but would double-check measurements first.
