Good coverage, but app needs work
The health plans offered fit my needs and premiums aren't outrageous. When I tried using the mobile app to check my claims, it sometimes lagged or didn’t update. Customer support was responsive when I called though, so that helped.

Support is solid but confusing plan options
I signed up for an employer-sponsored plan through UnitedHealthcare and found their customer service to be pretty solid every time I called. The problem is the web portal is cluttered, making it hard to distinguish between different coverage options. I ended up choosing a plan that suited me but I think newcomers could get lost without guidance. The coverage itself works well when I visit doctors or get prescriptions filled, just the initial navigation could be better.
