I had to file a claim for a minor surgery and the online process was kind of confusing at first. The app kept glitching, but once I got through customer service, they were helpful. Still, I wish the paperwork was less complicated for something so routine.

Called support late at night, got an agent right away and they helped me understand my prescription benefits clearly. Very relieved since I needed that info fast.

Managing my family's health plans online is straightforward. Love how I can see everyone's claims in one place.

The health plans offered fit my needs and premiums aren't outrageous. When I tried using the mobile app to check my claims, it sometimes lagged or didn’t update. Customer support was responsive when I called though, so that helped.

I've been with UnitedHealthcare for over a year now, mostly happy with the coverage especially for specialist visits which are covered well under my plan. However, billing was a mess last month I was charged twice for a co-pay. Took a couple of calls to fix but support was patient. The mobile app helps me track claims easily, which is a win. Hope billing sorts out for good because overall I'm satisfied.

Signing up for a family plan was surprisingly easy. The representative, Sarah, explained all my options without rushing me, which I really appreciated. My monthly premiums are reasonable and coverage seems good so far.

Dealing with Medicare options was a headache before I picked UnitedHealthcare. Their agents walked me through every step without rushing. On top of that, the prescription coverage is great and saved me a lot. Last month I also got help setting up a specialist appointment via their nurse line. The whole experience felt personal, not like just another number. Definitely recommend for anyone on Medicare looking for solid help.

I signed up for an employer-sponsored plan through UnitedHealthcare and found their customer service to be pretty solid every time I called. The problem is the web portal is cluttered, making it hard to distinguish between different coverage options. I ended up choosing a plan that suited me but I think newcomers could get lost without guidance. The coverage itself works well when I visit doctors or get prescriptions filled, just the initial navigation could be better.
