Good rental but late pickup
Car was great and clean, but the pickup took longer than promised. The owner was apologetic though, so I let it slide.

Smooth rental and helpful owner
Booked an SUV for a family trip in Napa Valley through Turo. The owner was very communicative from booking to drop-off which made everything stress-free. The car ran perfectly and was spotless. I also liked that I could choose to return the car at a nearby location, which saved us time. Overall the experience was much more personal than typical car rental agencies and the cost was reasonable given the convenience.

Flexible and mostly hassle-free
I’ve rented several times with Turo and mostly it’s been easy and flexible. One time I had a delay in pickup because the car wasn’t ready on time but the owner apologized and sorted it quickly. I appreciate the ability to communicate directly with owners because they tend to be more flexible about pickup and drop-off times than big rental chains. Sometimes the app glitches when processing payments though. Still, I prefer using Turo for road trips because it feels more personal and often cheaper than airport rentals.
