Mixed feelings about the package deal
I reserved a 7-day Mediterranean cruise through TUI, attracted by the price and the all-inclusive options. The booking experience on the website was ok, although at times it felt a bit sluggish, especially when selecting excursions. The cruise itself was decent with good amenities, but some of the included activities were overcrowded, and the food options lacked variety which was disappointing. Customer support arranged a partial refund after I complained, but they were slow to respond and the follow-up took nearly two weeks. I might try them again but will be more cautious next time.
Trustworthy and well-priced options
Used TUI twice this year for city breaks and both times the experience was good. They offer competitive prices and the booking process is simple enough, especially their mobile app which works well. Flights attended on time and the hotel ratings matched reality, no nasty surprises. Customer service was responsive when I needed to change plans last minute, which I appreciated.
Convenient bookings but minor hiccup
The website was quite intuitive and booking my Tenerife trip went smoothly. However, I did notice my seat preferences weren't saved properly which was a bit annoying but not a dealbreaker. pretty happy with how quick everything was handled.
