Good service with minor hiccups
Truist’s online platform is pretty slick and user-friendly. Though I wish the customer service chat was a bit faster, they do solve issues well when they respond. The mobile payments are convenient, but sometimes the transaction notifications arrive late.

Solid app but can improve notifications
The app design is clean and making payments is hassle-free. I like how I can set spending limits and track expenses easily. However, the alerts sometimes don’t sync right away, which has caught me off guard once or twice. Still, for daily banking, it’s pretty reliable.
