Decent but needs better support
I’ve been using Truist for my business accounts and the dashboard is neat, but I ran into a problem with a delayed wire transfer that took longer than promised. Support was polite but slow to give updates, which was frustrating since I needed the funds urgently. Hopefully, they improve on that soon.
