Good, but premiums rose unexpectedly
I’ve been with Travelers for car insurance for two years and their digital dashboard is really handy. However, my premium increased quite a bit this year without much explanation which annoyed me. Support was polite but not very helpful in clarifying why.

Clear and quick processing
