Flexible and practical, though some quirks
I rely on Trainline for my business travels across the UK and Europe. The platform's biggest advantage is having multiple operators in one place, making comparing prices and times straightforward. But last month I noticed the ticket prices fluctuated during booking which was confusing. Also, the mobile app sometimes logs me out mid-process which can be frustrating when in a hurry. Still, the customer support was helpful when I contacted them about this. Trainline saves me time but there is room for smoother user experience.
