Platform generally works fine and shows good options but the app crashed while I was booking my ticket yesterday. Had to start over which was annoying. Customer service wasn’t very quick to respond either.

I've tried Trainline twice now for booking tickets to London. The first time the prices seemed okay and the booking was straightforward. But the second time, I noticed the fees were quite high and the seat selection wasn’t very clear in the app. Also, I got an email about a schedule change only after I’d booked which messed up my plans a bit. I think they need better real-time updates and clearer fee breakdowns.
